Campania On Kitchen Nightmares

On the second of two back-to-back episodes of Kitchen Nightmares, Chef Gordon Ramsay pays a visit to Campania restaurant in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Campania is an Italian restaurant, which is unfortunately losing money.

When Chef Ramsay arrives at Campania, he finds a wait staff that likes to hang out in the kitchen, which means food isn’t making it to the customers’ tables in a timely fashion. Chef Ramsay has to institute a number of changes to keep the restaurant from having to close its doors.

Chef Ramsay coordinates a grand opening for Campania. Even though things go smoothly at first, the cops wind up crashing the party. Kitchen Nightmares airs on Thursday, November 20 from 9 PM to 10 PM ET/PT on FOX.
