Winter Valley Dead Sea, by Swiss Bel Hotel now under construction

Winter Valley Tourism Investment Company has signed an agreement with Al Emaar Contracting Company on November 10th 2008 to start the building of the skeleton work on the upcoming Winter Valley Dead Sea, by Swiss Bel Hotel, due to open in the fourth quarter of 2010.

Omar Hazineh, General Manager of Winter Valley Tourism Investment Company, said 'We are very excited that work has begun on our project. We have a very positive outlook on the project, and expect the skeleton work to be done in 12 months time.'

The project consists of 161 hotel rooms, and features a selection of outlets, pool and outdoor faculties, a kids club, spa, and ballroom/banqueting facilities.

Winter Valley Tourism Investment Company was founded in late 2005, and is listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, with a total paid up capital of JD5m.

Swiss Bel Hotels Middle East will be operating the facility, and will add it to its portfolio of 50 plus hotels worldwide.
