Webhosting Design Required

Hello,

I am hopping back into the Webhosting Business and require a new design, The Design that I am after depends on the person developing it and it must look neat and tidy, Coded and must not warp in different browsers (More to that later)...

So what I am after:

1) Fully Coded Design
2) Logo Preferred with Design
3) Something Clean and Cut but with a bit of style
4) I require a Subpage
5) Added Little Man, Such as a Tech Geek Image or something like the name.
6) I am a Surfer/Sports Enthusist so maybe a design like a Surfer.

I would love some pre-made designs, Simple and elegant but with style. It cannot be that hard I am sure.

I will re-assure you will get your money, However, I will not pay upfront because of Slack Members here trying to ge t a quick Job to make instant cash and then not bother.

I will choose wisely, You must have a portfolio and a few designs made. Reviews would be a Bonus. I will not pay until work has been done, I do this to avoid those who are after just a quick dip.
