MSP on the scene at Sotterly Rd. & Pinto Dr. with the minor Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries. Ambulance requested to check victim out but officer suspects it to be a signed refusal.

Additional police requested for traffic control as road will be close when tow truck arrives to get vehicle.

One SMECO pole damaged and will have to be replaced. Officer requests SMECO be called.

0712: Driver still being reported as OK and likely to sign refusal. And SMECO has been notified.

0713: Squad 7 in service on the scene with a signed refusal/release.
