Super Bowl Interrupted By Porn

If you live around Tucson, Arizona and don't watch football, you missed one of the most exciting Super Bowls ever played. Oh, and you missed hardcore pornography too.

Toward the end of the game, just as Fitzgerald finished running for that amazing 64-yard touchdown that put the Cards in the lead, Comcast Cable broke in with a short clip from a pornographic movie starring adult actor Evan Stone and his, um, most famous appendage. Stone is an award winning actor and according to G4's Frank Meyer, a close personal friend of Eddie Van Halen. The offending video was only broadcast to standard definition viewers.

Comcast chalks the illicit broadcast up to foul play: “Our initial investigation suggests this was an isolated malicious act,” spokeswoman Kelle Maslyn said in a statement. “We are mortified by last evening’s Super Bowl interruption and we apologize to our customers. We are conducting a thorough investigation to determine how this happened.”

I cannot wait for that investigation to finish.

In the interest of full disclosure(ha!), G4 is owned by Comcast.
