Adela Noriega Detailed Biography
Adela Noriega was born in Mexico City on October 24th 1969. Her father died, and she was left alone with her mother, a two-year elder sister and a younger brother. She started in the telenovela "Juana Iris" when she was 15 and also in the TV show "Chacun Chacun". She starred in a video-clip of Lucia Mendez - "Corazon de fresa". In 1987 she stars in "Yesenia" and then immediately works with Thalia in "Quinceanera". After these two successes having had she goes to the USA where she stars in "Guadalupe". In 1995 she goes to Columbia where she stars in "Maria Bonita". She has never denied or agreed with anything related to her love affairs, but in 1997 when they told that she was a girlfriend of Carlos Salinas de Gartani (President of Mexico) she denied it, the same she did when they said that she was Fernando Carrillo's girlfriend (her partner in "Maria Isabel"). She has admitted she had an affair in 1994 with Eduardo Yanez. In 1997 she came back to Mexico where she starred in Carla Estrada's "Maria Isabel". This role and the one that followed ("El privilegio de Amar") brought her to the TV y Novelas prize for the best young lead actress. In "Yesenia" she was a young rebel gypsy, who would defy anything and anyone to defend her love. In "Quinceanera" she is Mariana, a young girl from a modest family.
