Britney Spears Sex Tape Release, Can Lawyer Sorrell Trope Stop It?

Reports surfaced on Tuesday that Britney Spears has a wild home video floating around where she is involved in bed with a man in Hawaii that has now claimed to have filmed the deed. Her attorney Sorrell Trope recently revealed the reasons why Britney lost her children in a continuing custody battle. Can he help out and stop the tape (if it even exists) from being released?

Does he even handle that kind of issue - she will need someone. The man revealed to In Touch Weekly that he has the tape and he would surely release it, but he claims he is not all that satisfied with his work in the bedroom and that of course would be closely examined over and over again if the tape ever sees a DVD and the World Wide Web.

Camp Britney has so far had no comment on the matter, but they have had their hands full of late. Spears temporarily hands over custody of her sons to her ex-husband Kevin Federline by court order. She then went out and got a tan afterwards and checked into a hotel for the night.

One would think she would dispatch a whole bunch of attorneys at the man that claims to have the tape and see if they can stop the release. According to the report from In Touch the man said he was living on Hawaii's Big Island when Spears visited there in June. He claims he left his camera rolling as they hooked up in a bungalow at the Four Seasons hotel on the Kona-Kohala Coast on June 7. He added that the rendezvous was nothing out of the ordinary.
