Prince Harry devastated

Davy, who has been comforting the 22-year-old, is also worried that the trial has brought back emotions he felt when Diana died.

It seems that Prince Harry has turned to girlfriend Chelsy Davy to cope with emotions that have engulfed him due to the extensive media coverage of the inquest into the death of his mother Princess Diana.

Investigation into the death of the late royal and her lover Dodi Al Fayed began on October 2nd and is expected to continue for the next six months.

An insider has revealed that hearing details of his mum’s death on every bulletin has made the Prince overwhelmed, reports Contactmusic.

Davy, who has been comforting the 22-year-old, is also worried that the trial has brought back emotions he felt when Diana died.

"He told (Davy) the first couple of days of the inquest really took him by surprise. Hearing details of his mother's death on every news bulletin has hit him like a sledgehammer.

“Chelsy is worried it has brought back many emotions he felt when she died,” the source added.

Princes William and Harry were 15 and 12 respectively when the Princess of Wales died in a high-speed car crash in Paris, France in 1997.
