* Has appeared in episodes of two different series in which he played a high school student where the school principal was an African-American man whose first name was Steven: "Boston Public" (2000) and "Joan of Arcadia" (2003).
* After his "Joan of Arcadia" (2003) character (Friedman) was introduced in the sixth episode of that series, he appeared in every subsequent episode of the series except for seven.
* Is a close friend of "Joan of Arcadia" (2003) star Michael Welch.
* At the age of 18, he wrote, directed and edited the short film, Sugar Mountain (2005). He wrote and directed his first short film when he was 13-years-old.

Aaron Himelstein (born 1986 in Buffalo Grove, Illinois) is a Jewish American actor who is best known for playing a younger version of Austin Powers in Austin Powers in Goldmember and Friedman, Luke Girardi's best friend, in Joan of Arcadia. He also wrote, directed and edited the short film, Sugar Mountain. He is also a very close friend of Joan of Arcadia stars Michael Welch and Chris Marquette.
