Fredrick Goings: Goings charged with killed Nova Henry and Ava Curry

Fredrick Goings, of Chicago, an attorney, was charged with killing Eddy Curry’s ex girlfriend. Goings had an argument and shot dead Nova Henry, 24, and her baby daughter, Ava, 9 months old. Goings, (photo below), was charged with 2 counts of first degree murder.

Nova Henry and Ava were found on Jan 24. Both Nova and Ava had several gunshot wounds. Henry’s elder child, who is Eddy Curry’s son, was unharmed. This boy is 3 years old. Goings was Henry’s lawyer who was helping her prove paternity of Ava with Curry. A newspaper reported that DNA tests showed Eddy Curry was the father of Ava.

Police suspect Goings had a relationship with Henry. They think Goings had a domestic dispute with Henry. Police said they had surveillance images and other evidence that connected Goings to the murders.
