With a lot of house foreclosures going on in the US, homeowners are left with no choice but to take these matters not sitting down but in court. Homeowners demand to produce the note in line with their belief that they were unjustly treated through unsatisfactory and surreptitious lending
terms.

Many homeowners are decrying that lenders have extremely violated terms in the Truth in Lending Act and that they were made to sign in loans they could barely afford. Foreclosures in Chicago and Florida has been sending off people scared to lose their homes and now they are organizing themselves so that they could push lenders to "produce the note".
