If the disputed facts sound new, they aren’t. The encounter was nearly a decade ago at the famed Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills on Doheny. The case was part of the questioning in the recent Anthony Pellicano trial. But now its become the subject of a new civil suit.

The suit was file in August in Los Angeles by Monika Zsibrita against Rock and Thursday was reportedly unsealed. The purpose - she wants her story told.

“My side has never been out. This has basically ruined my life.”

No comment by Rock. The comedian had reportedly fought against the file being unsealed.
