LALATE was the first to report last month about how Kelly Killoren is a knockout. But as told to you last night, Kelly Killoren has been arrested after Nicholas Stefanov, her ex boyfriend, claims she knocked him up. He’s 30, she’s 40, and more details are coming in.

Kelly is the new addition to the show, a former model, profiled last month on LALATE. Now Kelly has new real problems. Kelly Killoren Bensimon has been reportedly arrested for misdemeanor assault in which the guy claims Kelly socked him “with a closed fist, causing lacerations below the left eye and substantial pain”.

Now new details report Stefanov claims the following:

“[Kelly] had the courtesy to take her [engagement] ring off first [before punching him]”

She allegedly gave him back the ring thereafter. But Stefanov is manly about the situation, saying it was a “lucky punch”.

“We got engaged a couple weeks ago. We got into an argument that escalated and escalated. She hauled off and started swinging. She got a lucky punch on my cheekbone and just split it right open. I went down to the police station covered in blood.”

Her attorney tells press:

“The allegations are by a jilted lover saying she struck him during the course of an argument. They were on and off again - mostly off. We deny the charges, and we are hopeful this will be resolved.”

Her next court appearance in March 31.
