Colts Fans Charged Up For Chargers Showdown

INDIANAPOLIS -- Colts fans geared up for Saturday's playoff opener at San Diego with a Blue Friday celebration that began early in the morning.

Fans were up before sunrise to get special playoff posters, 6News' Dan Spehler reported.

"We're … throwing a little more fuel on the fire here to get fans a little bit more fired up," said Chuck O'Hara, Colts' director of marketing.

Cheerleaders handed posters out to fans and mascot Blue was on hand to have fun with the fans.

"A lot of crazy Colts fans coming out early in the morning to get these Colts collector edition posters," said Matt Gonso, Colts' promotions manager.

Fans appeared to be charged up for the Chargers.

"I'm a big Colts fan and my son is an even bigger Colts fan," said one fan. "If I didn't get this poster, I'd be in big trouble when I got home this evening."

Fans can still pick up posters Friday at Huntington Bank branches.
