They also bring a catch: "Usually, the movie-of-the-week is just so lame," Ted McGinley said.
Two exceptions, he feels, are his Hallmark Channel films -- last season's "The Note" and the new "The Note II: Taking a Chance on Love." They run as a double feature Saturday, starting at 6 p.m.
The original had the notion that someone had written a note as a plane was about to crash.
"I'm fascinated by the thought of that," McGinley said.
In this case, the note was pursued by Peyton (Genie Francis), a newspaper columnist, with help from her boyfriend (McGinley). She ended up learning about her own life.
