Britney Spears topples Eagles from European albums chart top spot

Pop star Britney Spear’s ‘Black-out’ disc has overcome the Eagles and made it to the number one in the European albums chart.

Though the Eagles debut album in 28 years ‘Long Road Out Of Eden’ triumphed Blackout to top the U.K and U.S charts but it could not make to top the European albums chart.

‘Long Road Out Of Eden’ which hit the runner-up in Europe is followed by Eros Ramazzotti's E2 at three with troubled singer Amy Winehouse's Back To Black to at four

While Rihanna is enjoying a enjoying her second week atop the European singles chart with ‘ Don’t stop the music’ is followed by holding off Spears' Gimme More at number two.

Meanwhile Plain White T's ‘Hey There Delilah’ has dropped to the three on the list. (ANI)
