The name is Akshara

Actress Rekha, who has changed her name to Akshara, can now be seen even on screen with the same name.

Her reel-character in the upcoming movie, Ninna Nedu Repu, goes by the name, Akshara, which means 'no destruction.'

The movie is directed by Laxmikanth Chenna and produced by N Suryaprakash Rao. The exultant heroine says, "I am eagerly awaiting the release of the film.

It'll be my first movie after the name-change and I'm hoping for the kind of success I got with Anandam." The movie has Ravi Krishna playing the lead-role.
