Osbournes Sell Out

The oh so generous Osbournes managed to have an almighty winter clear out...
The Osbournes are a family of extremes, so it’s no wonder that their garage sale managed to bring in a whopping $800,000.

The two-day sale earned twice the amount expected, with all money being donated to the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program in Los Angeles.

Sharon and Ozzy - who are set to host 2008 Brit Awards, donated items from skull decorated trainers, to a Beverly Hills mansion to be auctioned off. Even a pair of Ozzy’s legendary round sunglasses were bought for $5,250.

The auction was filled with dedicated Osbourne fans from around the globe and there was no extent to what those fans were prepared to bid for.

Quite morbidly, a bidder paid $4,500 for the quad-bike that Ozzy nearly died on when he crashed on it in 2003.

Let’s just hope they didn’t try and flog any of their dog ‘stained’ carpets to anyone.
