Baap re baap!

If the buzz is to be believed, director Samir Karnik has approached Hrithik Roshan to be part of Mera Bharat Mahaan. In fact our source reveals that Hrithik has already signed the film.

Our source says, “Samir and Hrithik cracked a deal a few days ago. But both parties have mutually decided to remain tight-lipped about it.”
Our source also reveals that Hrithik will be shown as Salman’s son in the film.

Our source says, “Although Salman and Hrithik will not be seen together on screen, Hrithik will be playing Salman’s son in Mera Bharat Mahaan. Salman has a guest appearance in the film.”

Our source said that there was a character in Mera Bharat Mahaan that Samir felt only Hrithik could do justice to. “Samir was initially hesitant about approaching Hrithik as he wasn’t too sure if Hrithik would say ‘yes’. But when Hrithik agreed Samir’s joy knew no bounds. The director was visibly excited over Hrithik being part of the project.”

When contacted, Samir Karnik however denied having signed Hrithik for Mera Bharat Mahaan. When we told the director that we had been told that Hrithik had already signed the film and was to play Salman’s son an irritated Samir said, “Who told you this?”

However, we got a different version from Hrithik’s secretary Ashok Vasodia. He said, “Yes, talks are on between Samir and Hrithik. But it is too early to say anything.”
